While we love a sale, we appreciate consistently good value even more. We don’t discount our products as we aim to offer the best-possible price for luxury, always.

Of course! At checkout, input a note to tell us it’s a gift and add a personalized message. Product will arrive with a handwritten note.

We accept all major credit cards. Please note that we only take one form of payment per order.

Sales tax will be applied at checkout and varies by state. We don’t make the laws (yet), so sales tax is subject to change.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated email with tracking information within two business days. (Endlessly Elated operates during normal business hours between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday.) You can also create an account for the most up-to-date information regarding your order displayed on your dashboard.

We currently ship orders to 48 states within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) as well as Puerto Rico. Located somewhere else? Drop us a note at [email protected] and we can share our favorite sources in your area.

We have a no-fear return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we are happy to accept your undamaged return (unless damaged upon arrival), 365 days per year, no questions asked. 

If you’d like to return your order, please submit your order information on our returns page and we'll send you a prepaid USPS shipping label. Simply attach to your original packaging and drop at your local Post Office.
